OUR CANDIDATES
Our candidates have passed through an intensive screening process such as preliminary screening, verification of academic and work credentials, police records and character profiling. Most of our pre-screened candidates have already worked in countries like United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, Canada and Middle East. They are trained in critical care management and other specialty areas such as NICU, OR, RDU and special patient care. We take special attention in their preparation of their TOEFL or IELTS and licensure exams such as NCLEX and CGFNS.

To further ensure good performance, JENTA International conducts intensive orientation sessions to better prepare workers for the psychological and physical demands of the job. This session's includes among others the information on country of destination, principal's company, employment, terms and conditions, principal expectations on selected workers and other pertinent information.
